  • Very helpful book. I have anxiety so I picked this book up thinking hopefully it will help. It sure did. Exercises and this book if you put them to work and practice them overtime will help. Easy to understand format as well. I highly recommend it if you suffer from anxiety or know someone who does.
  • Bought the audiobook and is really good, but I never found the pdf that is supposed to come with it.
